"I'm super happy with Motohio, had a great experience with Dave Russell and the team. After being on a quest since 2020 to specify a K1600 GT with options I wanted, Dave came through for me, when no other dealership within a 6-hour radius could help. He offered a fair price for my trade-in and the purchase was fast and smooth. They were flexible with my schedule considering that I was coming in from out of state. Mike Allen has a beautiful dealership that is a relaxing hangout destination. I highly recommend Motohio and would not hesitate to work with Dave again.

As for the K16GT, it has been my long-time dream to own one. The Sport Style color is stunning, and the forged wheels are beautiful. I had a four-hour ride home to start the break-in but I'm not sure yet how to describe the performance. I previously owned a Concours14 and an FJR1300 but the K16GT is clearly a step above, especially with the latest engine changes. Rocket ship or cruise missile comes to mind, and it tracks like it's on rails on the curves. Very comfortable and smooth.

"Recently bought a brand new S 1000 RR from Dave at Motohio and I could not be more pleased with my experience. From top to bottom. I came in not even sure if I wanted a bike and he answered any questions I could think of and just chatted with me about the bike. I ended up pulling the trigger with these guys and I could not be any more satisfied. His use of simple text communication solved the ever long issue with dealer phone responsiveness. "I took delivery of my new 2018 S1000RR last Tuesday, 2/5, and I would have to say that in all my years of buying vehicles, it was one of the best, if not the best, experience I have had. Dave Russell is an amazing guy and from the beginning, took excellent care of me. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and he went above and beyond, to make sure there was nothing left unaddressed. Due to the weather, he had my new bike delivered and my trade picked up, the same day, and I cannot wait until Spring, when I will be able to get it out on the road. In addition, I look forward to future visits to the shop, just “hanging out” and looking around at all that you have to offer.
Bottom line, I would not go anywhere else, for this class of motorcycle and will make sure to share that sentiment with everyone I can.

I live in Washington, DC and it was very kind of Elizabeth to pick me up at the airport when I flew into Columbus to pick up the bike. When we arrived at the dealership, the transaction was smooth and I was quickly on the road with my beautiful R1200RT. I rode the bike back to DC from Columbus and Elizabeth was super helpful when I had the misfortune of suffering a tire puncture on my way home. I will always remember her assistance and support. The Ohio Clerk of Courts made some mistakes with the title and the mistakes delayed my registration of the bike, but Elizabeth came through again and helped resolve the problem. "Took my 2013 BMW K1300s 30th Anniversary in for it's 18,000 mile service and a new rear tire. They picked up my bike and it took them 2 days to finish. They called and delivered it back to me. I went over the bike myself and was very pleased with the fit and finish. Bike went in majority clean and came back even more clean that I expected. Started the bike up and it ran and idled great. Their Master BMW technician who worked on it did a wonderful job and I'd highly recommend him again for any services I will need in the future."
