  • "I'd discovered Motohio through the internet while looking for my used BMW K1200LT. I had been looking for a touring bike, and recently discovered that BMW had made the K1200LT.Not wanting a Goldwing or a Harley. All were not quite what I wanted. I was looking at the BMW 1200CLC.Thinking that it was BMW's top of the line touring bike. I found out.The K1200LT was the flagship touring rig. I took a test ride on a LT at a dealer up here in the Cleveland area and fell in love with the LT. But his prices were a bit high, and the one he had that I could afford was worse for wear. So I went home and scoured the net, and found Motohio. They had a 2004 and it looked nice. I contacted Mike Solace. And gave him the price i could afford to pay. He called me back and said .Yea,he could do the deal. I said fine. As long as it is as nice as it looks, I'll drive 2+ hours and come buy it. Glad I did. Not only did i get a much nicer bike for almost same money, it had less miles also. Thanks to Mike Solace And Allen family. I would buy from them again. It is worth the drive.."

Mike A. and Mike S. have worked with me patiently . Sales, service and parts have been great to work with over the last 4 yrs. i highly recommend if you're looking for Triumph, Ducati or BMW. Good people!. ."

  • "I purchased my new bmw from Motohio in september 2012. After driving 2 hours, I arrived 15 minutes before closing time. Mike Solace greated me at the front door and welcomed me in. At the point of my arrival, I was a man on a mission. Mike recognized this and gave me an appropriate amount of space, while still within reach to answer questions. The Showroom was quite a bit to take in, but take it in I did. I was never rushed and allowed ample tire kicking time. The time came to purchase, Mike was very thorough during this process. I have no questions, and everything was as I had hoped. Even further, Mike proceeded to introduce me to the staff that was remaining, which included Austin Skaggs the service advisor. Mike then walked me through the motorcycle and then helped me load and strap the bike in my trailer. All in the rain and after hours! Onto the service department: Austin greeted me as I backed my trailer in. Again, I was running late, a few drinks too many at the local pub the night before left me a bit under the weather. Austin still made room for me and my first service. I was more than appreciative. While waiting for service I was offered coffee and seating, but what got me was a conversation about some of the racebikes posted against the wall behind Austins desk. He even pointed out some local shopping in the area, since my better half was with me. When the service was finished, the bike was running supurb, and again I was offered help to load and strap it in my trailer. I'm very happy with my purchase, I'm very happy with Motohio's service and will continue as a customer. thank you. sincerely, -David"

  • "I traded a H-D in on a BMW, I've wanted to do that for awhile now. When I walked in the owner Mike introduced himself, was very cordial and put me at ease. Remember I rode in on the Harley. He showed me his used bikes to choose from and I decided on an 04 K1200GT. Test rode the bike and was determined to make a deal. We talked about price and things and I got what I thought was a good deal. Hell, I had money coming to me and I turned right around and spent 1/2 of it on accesories for the BMW. Mike Solace, Astin in service, and Jason, the tech who put new rubber on for me last Saturday. All great people treated me great. I've ridden Harleys for 30 years and was treated like I had been a BMW rider that long! I've got another bike in my garage and that used Ducati on that west wall would look good in place of the Kaw. You guys have my business!!!"

  • "Story goes my 2001 Ducati Monster S4 gets damaged (bent front rotor) while in the trailer enroute to ride in NC. Panic calls to dealers in NC produce nothing. I reach out to Motohio for some help and it comes in a big way. Austin and Bob not only find the rotors (aftermarket ones that are better and MUCH cheaper than the factory pieces), they have them overnighted to the hotel. Torque specs follow by email. And the Oscar goes to...the Motohio gang. Mike Allen and crew are top notch! Did I mention I didn't even buy the bike from them. I will next time."

  • "I bought my RT from Motohio and I have nothing but high praise and positive comments about my experience there. From my initial conversation with Liz over the phone, to the point when I took delivery, I was treated with professionalism and respect. Mike Solace did a very thorough and outstanding job of going through every aspect of the bike, as well as service schedule and parts, and made me very comfortable with my purchase. Thanks to all the folks at Motohio!"

  • "I bought my bike last summer from motohio...i was kind of expecting not to get taken serious since i was kind of young. However that never happened and i felt very comfortable buying with them. Being 3 1/2 hours away they work with you very hard when its time to bring in your bike for annual servicing...even staying after by 2 hours. I know my next Ducati purchase will come from them."

  • "Hey guys,,,,,, just wanted to let you know about my purchase experience. The day I arrived was new years eve and I think I was greeted by the owner who took me directly to Mike Solace...... Mike and I had spoke on the phone about a used bike.... it was exactly as he said it would be. Slush and snow on the ground prohibited me from a ride. I thought Mike did a great job with the orientation of the bike as well as a very thorough overview of the company and a tour of the facility as well as showing me all inventory. Pretty unique, considering it was a holiday and most people would have sent you on your way as quickly as possible so that they could rush home. Mike made me feel very comfortable with the dealership. As a business owner, I would like to compliment you on Mike's unsurpassed loyalty to "keeping the customer" All of my family and friends think the Bonneville is nice.... happy trails"

  • "I bought my current bike from MotOhio, and it's quite possible that I'll buy the next one too. I live over 100 miles away, but visiting the store is always a pleasure, whether to buy parts, accessories, or just to look around. The staff are very friendly, and always take time to make me feel welcome."

  • "I was in the market for a new scooter and a friend recommended a Cleveland dealer, but I wanted someone local. I found MOTOHIO through the Genuine Scooter website and went in for a look. It was easy to find; right off Interstate 70 on the East side of Columbus. Ted was fantastic! Like having a motor head and technical specialist/rider all in one. He talked me through the pros and cons of the models I was interested in, and not once did he act like a sales person. I took the one I liked for a spin and was sold on it. (Remember to bring your helmet and MC endorsed license with you!) I picked up my new 150cc Genuine Buddy two days later. They had given it a complete technical inspection. Mike had my paperwork, including temp tag, ready to go. The extensive walkthrough before I left the shop was greatly appreciated. Patricia called me immediately when she realized, in my excitement, I had left my credit card on the counter after buying a couple accessories. She mentioned in the message that it was locked in a secure place until I return to get it. How is that for service? Beautiful showroom, convenient location, excellent personnel, and an enjoyable buying experience. I have been back several times for goodies and feel like family. My service, and next 2-wheeled purchase, will be with MOTOHIO."

  • "After having a poor experience with another dealer. I drove the two hours to Motohio. After test riding the 2009 1200RT, I bought one. Ted Fitch was one of the best bike salemen I have ever dealt with. He wasn't pushy, no salespitch, just answered questions and show ed features. He obviously loves bikes too. If I ever buy another BMW, it will most definitely be from Motohio"

  • "Our experience with Motohio was first rate. After deciding on a 2008 Triumph Rocket III Touring model, Mike S. made it very easy to handle all of the financing and other details over the phone. He answered every last question, and I had plenty of them. We just had to drive up from Cincinnati to sign the papers, and watch Mike and Ted load the bike onto our trailer for the haul home. I think they were as excited for me as I was! Motohio will be a regular stop for us anytime we are in Columbus. Thank you, gentlemen!"

Tried the jacket out early Sunday, Loved it. If you ever become a Harley dealer be sure to let me know. I will be your first customer. You never know, I may become a Beemer convert someday.
